Before You Book.
Is Get Systems Done training or implementation?
Implementation. You won't spend two days sitting in a room taking notes about what you should do later. You'll make decisions, build the systems and implement them inside your business during the workshop.
Do I need to already use GoHighLevel?
No. GSD is designed for businesses at different stages, including businesses that aren't using GoHighLevel yet and businesses already using it but haven't been able to get everything working properly.
What will we build during the workshop?
You'll work through the core systems behind your business, including lead generation, appointments, sales, onboarding, client experience and retention. The goal is to connect these into a practical operating system rather than a collection of disconnected tools and processes.
What will I leave with?
The goal is to leave with a working Version 1 of your business operating system built inside GoHighLevel, not another list of things to implement when you get home.
Is everything built in GoHighLevel?
Yes. The core GSD system is built inside GoHighLevel, including workflows, forms, pipelines, calendars, communications and the supporting assets required to run it.
What if I'm already using GoHighLevel?
That's completely fine. GSD isn't just for new GoHighLevel users. If you already have an account, we'll focus on identifying what's incomplete, disconnected or creating bottlenecks and build from where you are.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The workshop is designed to be hands-on and practical. You'll be building with support in the room rather than being expected to figure everything out yourself afterwards.
What happens after the two workshop days?
Your registration includes 90 days of implementation support to help you continue refining, testing and improving what you build during the workshop.
How many people attend each workshop?
GSD is intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 20 attendees, so there is enough opportunity for hands-on implementation support during the two days.
What if my system isn't completely finished after two days?
The objective of the workshop is to build a working Version 1. It doesn't need to be the final version of everything your business will ever need. The following 90 days give you time to pressure-test, refine and continue improving the system as you use it in the real world.
